PST file is created by MS Outlook application to store all the information saved in it. It is either created manually or by MS Outlook’s ‘AutoArchive’ option. MS Outlook application follows a rule that when Archive PST gets saved, always the modified date appears in front of the Outlook whether it is sent or received. That means every time the PST file is saved the latest date and time will be displayed.
